I have been going to the Colonial Center for Hearing for close to 20 years. Whenever I have had a problem or concern, Dr. Liptak listens and responds. I feel like family when I go in there except that I give my sons hugs, not handshakes.
They're personable, competent, and I don't know what I'd do without them! They always find the time to see me when I have a concern. Jude and his entire team are friendly and helpful. He’s always on schedule...and always has time for questions or to chat. When I bought my hearing aids, he even helped make them more affordable.
My experience exceeded my expectations. The front office staff was friendly and efficient. Dr.Tucker was excellent. She explained everything very well and answered all my questions. She is a great teacher.
