CONSUMERS USE CAUTION!!! If you want to be taken advantage of and overpay for service, this is the company for you. We called Colonial for service on our Rinnai tankless hot water unit. The tech that came out recommended replacing due to the age of our current unit. We asked for a quote for both part repair and replacement and both seemed high.
