If you like living in a motel like environment, this is the place for you. Most of the residents are quite nice but the owner, Michael Murphy, is stingy and cheap. I spoke with people there who were waiting to have faulty appliances replaced and 2 years later it was still not done. We were promised a new dishwasher and after 1 1/2 years, when we moved, it was still not replaced. The biggest drawback is lack of privacy.
