I have a wonderful therapist named cassie who is the absolute best! appointments are easy to make and shift to virtual if needed. the psychiatrist i was referred to does frequently switch offices and won’t reschedule your appointment or tell you that he switched offices. overall great experience with colonial behavioral!
Why you gotta lie to people especially about refilling their medicine…. I don’t take aspirin… if you were not going to refill my prescriptions don’t lie about it! Stay away from this place!!! They will agree to something and change it!!! Mental health is important and a serious matter to everyone else but here. People also plan to be at their appointments and not just so you can lie to them so more about what you are NOT going to do for them before you see them. ( work, school, trips) Like I said STAY AWAY !!!!!
I called in to put my daughter on a waiting list for a therapist and they don’t do waiting lists.
