Most of the staff is nice. Especially pharmacy and front desk. Tiffany is the worst therapist. Don’t go to her if you want someone caring. One of the case managers left and didn’t have any follow up care for me planned.

Excellent counseling services, professional staff, but they can't prescribe effective psych meds requiring you to find a doc who doesn't coordinate care with them.
I would give them more of a 4.5... they have really been great to me... I think most of these reviews are from mentally ill people that aren't getting the help they need... A few years ago... That would've been me... At first before they changed names and they were also pact... It was incredibly toxic... But I have grown fond of them tbh... They aren't the best... But they are pretty good at what they do..
