This isn't the place that I bank with, but I recently had to do some business with them and was very pleased with the customer service. If I look to change banks in the future, I will definitely look at trying this bank.
Great home lender to do business with. Problem free experience. 6 months ago, my grown kids who were trying to build their credit got a savings secured loan with them. I was surprised to find that most banks won’t even lend on savings any more. These guys welcomed it. Seems their foundation and principles may be still in tact.
Very friendly staff. Diane was a great help and got my loan approved and set up quickly!
We have banked with Colonial since 1985 with no issues. Very friendly staff and always willing to help. We would not consider any other bank ever.
