I have had very great experiences with them. They are very super curteous and I always know what they do to my car. THATS MY DADS SHOP YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT!
Had a very terrible experience with them. When I was making an appointment with them, the lady who answered the phone told me she could not understand me for several times. Although my spoken English is not so fluent, nobody else in the town whom I talked with can not understand me, even at other auto repair shops. This is obviously an excuse.
