Well there under new management and instead of a friendly letter to the residence introducing themselves or doing something positive like calling someone to mow or fix the laundry they decide to make the people there change cable providers in a two week time period or cut them off april 1st. The letter was given out march 24th so im disappointed in this complex
Bad at maintaining apartments. Grass hasn’t been mowed in a month and I’ve been trying to get a hole in my floor and Leaking shower and tiles fixed for almost 2 months.
These apartments have been managed by a cranky older lady forever now. If she is still here when you consider living here then I highly suggest not doing so. This place is run down the air conditions don t work worth a darn. They blame it on the temperature you put it on but if your paying the bill you should be able to set it on whatever you like. They just don t want to admit the units are old and need to be replaced. You will regret ever signing a lease TRUST me....

I have lived in a couple of apartments in my lifetime but this is the absolute WORST. They act like its all bills paid and she tells you where to put your thermostat. After I moved in, and when some one would ask where I moved to I would tell them and they would say "Big Mistake". They asked if the same RUDE, HATEFUL LADY (manager) ran the apts and I would say "yes" and they said she is the worst manager ever. Now I see for myself.
