These apartments have really gone down since new ownership. The original owner Ms Drew used to screen applicants carefully, the management now accepts anyone because it's all $$. They take forever to fix anything and half of the time its not fixed. And you can forget your deposit... not only will they keep your deposit but they will report you to the credit bureau with false claims of damages and NEVER trying to discuss with you first. Run Away! Don't rent at Colonial Apartments!
RecommendedThe new manager Bee is fantastic she has cleaned this place up simuch gotten rid of crappy tenants and has had a lot of trash and clutter removed so the place look really nice again and no longer looks like the ghetto I really appreciate all she does for me and she was a definite God send to this place
Great apartments, wonderful staff, Mrs. Bea is great, quite, close to HEB and down town. So glad we moved here!!!
