I had a friend who lived there and they to her to court to evict her instead of just going to her face and saying that she is evicted. She had the money to pay for the rest of the rent, but they didn't care. She now has to live in a crappy motel and doesn't think she can ever put a proper house over her family's head cuz of the "broken lease" So thank you very much for making her life Hell and making her teenage daughter's life Hell!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Would not recommend to loved ones. Maintenance charges, appliances like stove broken, ac doesn't reach temp so it always runs, flood zone, sinks back up from neighbors water usage, parking not for beginners and one spot per apartment.
