Please do not rent these apartments. The apartments are extremely outdated (everything will break, I'm not exaggerating). Also, avoid the cleaning lady Tracy at all cost. She is so rude. Older woman, just angry all the time. When we arrived we were paying $950 for an apartment. The same apartment will now run you $1100 with no changes. Please read these reviews, take them seriously, and save yourself the trouble.

Probably one of the worst tenant experiences ever door knobs are about to fall off of every door nothing is ever fixed asked about getting lights in the hall way bc we can’t see anything coming in or out at night no heat in the units had to purchase heaters aren’t allowed to have ring doorbells for our own safety. I could go on and on even about moving into the unit. We were rushed on getting the money to the the landlord but wasn’t allowed to move in until 2 months passed the move In date.

I have got to say, since Mrs./Ms. Carla took over these apartments they have really improved! I left this review when we had a different manager and things have changed drastically and dramatically around here. I put in a request and a very nice employee (Kendall) came by and fixed it just a few hours later. I was not expecting it that day at all, much less just a few hours later.
