I was VERY impressed with Colonia Dental Associates. The team was friendly, from the front desk all the way through every interaction with the staff. The office is cleann the equipment is clean and sterilized. The xray machine is up to date with low rad digital results. They use the most up to date intra-oral scanner rather than goopy impression material. Lucy the hygenist was oustanding, gentle, thorough, and friendly. My wife had her cleaning and treatment done at Colonia Dental Associates, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff was professional, friendly, and made her feel completely comfortable from start to finish. Colonia Dental Associates has provided me with excellent care for over a decade. Both Drs Apratim and Singh are extremely caring and vested in the patient's well-being, and the hygienists Lucy and Valentyna are very thorough and gentle. The front desk is organised and friendly, and Pragna, one of the assistants, is always pleasant and reassuring.
I went to see Dr Singh yesterday for a molar that I cracked that also had an old silver filling. I was nervous about getting it fixed as I had just had a cervical fusion and couldnt get any extensive dental care yet. Dr. Singh was very accommodating along with his assistant in making sure I was comfortable. He was able to temporarily fill the tooth (no drilling etc) and I was good to go after an xray and the filling. I will need a crown when able to do so. Thank you once again Dr. Singh and staff!
I have not had much experience with dentists, as it’s been years for me, but the care and compassion that I was given definitely made for a lasting impression compared to my old places. Dr A is great, very caring and explains everything really well. Very knowledgeable all around. The dental hygienist, Valyntina (forgive me if I misspelled name) was great.
