Garbage management
I have lived here for over 5 years. The building is now non-smoking. The apartments are very spacious and quiet, with hardwood floors and adequate ceiling heights. I like the screened balcony- I can leave the door open all summer. The emergency water shutoffs are the biggest drag. Hallways have been redecorated and the building is well maintained.
