I rarely spend money at any of the stores on the strand but I know I cannot escape Col Bubbie's without spending at least $100. And I NEVER regret it. This is a rare island (and Texas) gem that I never want to go away. Galveston would lose so much of its personality with out Col. Bubbie's. PLEASE PLEASE NEVER CLOSE!!!
