I want everyone who is thinking of moving to a senior apartment that is the place to start and end your search. Alexis Tiberius is fantastic as the assistant community director will help you understand qualifications and answer all questions. She is empathetic professional and follows thru keeping you updated on your future home. Yes home because that soon will become evident. COLONA HOUSE COME AND SEE THE BEST 62 AND OVER SENIOR LIVING IN THE QUAD CITIES My name is Bruce Osterhaus, I’ve lived Colona House since August 2022. Since the new ownership has taken over, the transformation has been incredible. You would be hard-pressed to find market rent Apartments as nice as these here at Colona House.
