I chose Dr. Jackson based on his high ratings, which made my experience all the more surprising. Unfortunately, it did not reflect what I encountered. Communication felt one-sided, and I was often interrupted when trying to ask questions. The discussion focused almost entirely on surgery, with little room for alternatives or meaningful dialogue. Horrible billing practices and horrible billing personnel. Get ready to be charged way more than you'd ever expect. They charged me over $300 for a five minute doctor visit, and when I called to find out if it was a mistake, their billing person explained that merely by seeing the doctor, I had agreed to let them charge me any amount they decided upon.

I saw Dr. Jackson. The office worked me in quickly, navigated the insurance jungle and handled communication efficiently. Dr. Jackson aggressively began treatment and assembled a world-class multi-specialty team. I was under treatment 4 days after my diagnosis was confirmed. His selection of a gifted oncologist and radiation oncologist has made all the difference for me. I pray he continues to accept new patients, they will be blessed to have him as their surgeon.
