I called & made an appointment several weeks ago. It was going to be today! I called to confirm & was on hold for hours. Left my number & finally got a call back! They had no record of my appointment. The girl was rude and said I should go somewhere else if I didn’t like it. Rude and inconsiderate person.
Andrea is who I saw and she was great. She answered all my questions and was very helpful with referring me to a Provider near my home as my Provider retired.
Ellie Schuster who saw me was fabulous. Very kind and thorough and explained things very well
