Works with you regarding your surgical and non-surgical options. Very compassionate throughout the surgical process, until pain relief needs come into play. Have contacted the doctor post operation multiple times but have received no further relief for the admittedly 'very painful procedure.' Despicable.

Went to go see Dr. Park waited an hour to see him and I didn’t even get a physical examination. All I was told was “there is nothing I can do for you” so extremely unprofessional. I was in extreme pain expressed that and instead anyone trying to help me without anyone fully knowing the circumstances. Also was told “there’s other clinics in Hershey and Temple”

I had surgery with the doctor here. After my final follow up I noticed a slight increase in pain and bleeding, I contacted the office on three occasions and directly messages the doctor on the patient portal twice. I was completely ignored. Now I’m going to have to look for a new doctor because I don’t think I healed correctly. I suspect there may be a small chronic wound internally, and I feel like this is the result of neglect from my care team when I reached out for more direction.

Dr. Halm and her team are amazing. Thank God I found them. I had gone for a colonoscopy and found out that I had colon cancer. Because of them I'm here today cancer free. I highly recommend them. They really go above and beyond. May God bless each and everyone of them. Thank you for being a caring team.
