I was billed a copay by Dr. Mikhail I. Rakhmanine after an ER visit at Lehigh Valley Hospital — even though I never spoke to him, never saw him, and was never examined by him. I clearly and repeatedly told the ER physician that I did not need or want a CT scan. Despite this, Dr. Rakhmanine recommended one through the ER team anyway, triggering and additional $13,000 in charges that I did not consent to. This procedure is always one that you don’t look forward to. I have to admit, the whole experience was very professional and well planned. Everyone did great and were very pleasant and knew their jobs. Highly recommend

Works with you regarding your surgical and non-surgical options. Very compassionate throughout the surgical process, until pain relief needs come into play. Have contacted the doctor post operation multiple times but have received no further relief for the admittedly 'very painful procedure.' Despicable.

Went to go see Dr. Park waited an hour to see him and I didn’t even get a physical examination. All I was told was “there is nothing I can do for you” so extremely unprofessional. I was in extreme pain expressed that and instead anyone trying to help me without anyone fully knowing the circumstances. Also was told “there’s other clinics in Hershey and Temple”
