I contacted this location to schedule an appointment today. While discussing what type of care is offered with the patient care representative. It was determined I do not need there services after all. However, while I was still speaking the young lady hung up on me. No pleasantries were exchanged, for example goodbye. I found this to be rude and inconsiderate since the job centers around customer success and meeting customer expectations.
