Horrible office staff. They do not follow up with patients, are rude on the phone when you call. I would not recommend if you have a medical problem.

The most unprofessional batch of "triage" nurses. Especially Tiffany who handles LOA and disability claims. She just hangs up the phone if she doesn't want to hear what you have to say. RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL. Especially when there is a $20 charge to fill out a single form. There are a few good ones there, but Tiffany really gives them ALL a bad rep. Your business would be better without her on board! Get a new job if you can't handle dealing with PATIENTS!

So far not impressed with the follow up and organization of this place. Had my office visit 3 weeks ago and been trying to call the scheduler and authorization person to see what is going on. No one picks up the phone. At least the scheduler did but said she has nothing to do with the authorization. Gina has not gotten back to me nor does she pick up her phone. Not going back for sure...
