Very disappointed. I had a colonoscopy in late September. I don't have insurance, so they charge me $2500 " everything included". A month later received 2 different invoice from the colonoscopy. I'm calling the office so I can talk to somebody about it and NOBODY ANSWER. All the offices. Nobody answers. Just the voice mail. From the colonoscopy the follow up appointment was through phone and says everything is fine but in the " notes" from the call says I have moderate diverticulitis. Like nothing make sense. All the 1 star review and comments written below are true. I really was going to let this go until I received a letter in the mail today. I was scheduled to see the Physician. New patient consultation. After waiting for an hour, I was introduced to Monica (the PA). Monica tried to order an US until I spoke up. Then she ordered a C.T. When I asked why didn't I see the Physician, Monica said that the Physician had an emergency. When I asked why didn't anyone contact me and the answer was something else. Do NOT use this group! This medical group over charges, doesn’t tell you prices before performing expensive tests and then sends more bills after you pay. They even make you pay to see PA/doctor to get results instead of results being loaded into their portal. This group will start you with their PA who wants to run multiple tests and does not help with your real problems at all. Once I asked for an appointment with the doctor, I was cancelled 4x. Plan to spend the day in the waiting room. I have to believe there are other capable liver and gastroenterologists in Houston. Your time and money is better spent with them.
Be very careful. Appointments are changed without letting the patient know so you find out the day before through a text when they verify an appointment with the wrong doctor and time. Can wait hours for your appointment. Unnecessary tests given and administered by questionable staff. I asked for the results of my testing and was told they are in the portal. They weren’t.
