Do NOT use this group! This medical group over charges, doesn’t tell you prices before performing expensive tests and then sends more bills after you pay. They even make you pay to see PA/doctor to get results instead of results being loaded into their portal. Plan to spend the day in the waiting room. I have to believe there are other capable liver and gastroenterologists in Houston. Your time and money is better spent with them.
Be very careful. Appointments are changed without letting the patient know so you find out the day before through a text when they verify an appointment with the wrong doctor and time. Can wait hours for your appointment. Unnecessary tests given and administered by questionable staff. I asked for the results of my testing and was told they are in the portal. They weren’t. Worst experience especially from front desk
Be careful that they don’t over charge you more than your copay, or make you take unnecessary tests to then get more money. I complained respectfully about it, and was then told they didn’t want me to be a patient there anymore so I’m wondering if this happens more than normal. If you have an issue though, tell your insurance company about the quality of care concerns you have. This happened at the Greenhouse location so can’t speak for others.
