Came here as a new client, paid in advance including tip to get here 10 minutes prior my appointment and wait for another 20 minutes and nobody showed up at the door. I called 2 times, sent an email and even sent an Instagram message. Yesterday I received a text confirming my appointment. I know people have emergencies but this is super rude. The hairdresser who works by the side said she was here later. Is it too much to ask for a call???? I want to be refunded!

Great experience Wendy is very professional and knowledgeable she made sure I was comfortable every step of the way and gentle her establishment is very clean and inviting I’m so glad I went I’m 5 pounds lighter Thank you Wendy
