Ms. Colon has a cold and disinterested bedside manner. She was the OBGYN on call for the delivery of my child unfortunately. She disregarded me expressing pain and feeling during C-section procedure. The anesthesiologist listened to me and determined the epidural was improperly placed and he would be sedating me while she continued with the procedure. I do not normally post reviews but this doctor treated me like I was her only patient and I want to share this with others who are looking for an obgyn. She took her time with me, she answered all of my questions and never did I feel rushed. She seemed to actually care. If you are able to get in there and see Dr. Colon you should consider yourself lucky, I know I did.
Dr Colon is warm, friendly, and thoughtful about a woman’s preferences during childbirth. Another doctor might have pushed me to a c-section during 36 hours of labor. But she let me keep trying. That’s a very rare find these days of “get that baby out” syndrome. Added to that, her bedside manner is outgoing and welcoming. You’d be lucky to get an appointment with her.
