Getting the appointment was a simple phone call and all my information was taken and my issues were addressed.when I arrived for my appointment everyone there was professional and curtesy. Dr Arnold R. Leiboff went over all of my procedures and suggested which one would be best for me. After I went home I was experiencing pain and bleeding and when I called the office I was expecting the Doctor to tell me I should have followed his advice and set up a time for the correct procedure he recommended. I suffered so bad with a rectal issue for many years. at the time they weren’t any treatments that didn’t include a knife. Well, thanks to Dr. Leiboff he did a procedure and my life changed. No more suffering. Thank you so much. It’s been many years and I’m still feeling great. No problems down there.
Came with my sister to her appointment. The Dr was excellent, However the staff not so much, especially woman named Katy, she was very rude to patients, Working in healthcare is not for everyone. Very sad to watch her interaction with patients.
Based on my symptoms my primary care doctor recommended I visit Dr. Leiboff. His exam was thorough and based on my family history he wanted to be proactive. My colonoscopy was quick and after Dr. Leiboff answered all my questions post op. Susan, the surgical coordinator, as well as the rest of Dr. Leiboff's entire staff were wonderful. When you have a scare like I did, you want your mind at ease under great care. A+, 5 Stars
The nurse Suzan really nasty cant even ask question and she cancel my operation all about I ask one question so never will go there again she’s races I think
