I have been waiting for a call for an appt for months. Then Sunday i get an appt confirmation text for an appt on wed that noone called me about. The place says open 8to5. Not true. I called for 2 days and only got a mailbox answering service. I will not deal with a dr office if I can't get ahold of them during the operating hours. I Finally was able to get through to a, human by pressing #8. Appt canceled and I will go elsewhere
I had a good experience here. Everything was streamlined and well ordered. Dr. Varin told me exactly what to expect without wasting words and that's exactly what I got. The negative reviews here baffle me, frankly. I would definitely recommend this clinic if you have this type of problem.
Dr. Hahn and her staff are amazing and easy to work with. It is not always the best to have to go to a specialist like this, but they are very respectful and helpful - they take the extra time to answer any questions you might have and have great patience even during COVID.
I have had a great experience with this clinic. Dr Hirsch is a fantastic doctor and the office staff is always been very polite, professional, and organized. Three of my colleagues are also patients and are also very happy with the performance of this clinic. Keep up the good work!
Well - what is it with the staff at some of these medical clinics in Corpus Christi! We should have read the reviews before we made the appointment! Front desk "ladies" were confrontational and rude. Wouldn't allow me into office with my husband because I had the NERVE to stand up to them! I am hard of hearing & didn't hear their answers to me so when I asked them to reiterate what was said "I was told I had to leave the clinic and wait outside".
