They were over 45 mins late for my appt (their issue), gave a patient who came in after me my appt , i asked how much longer it would be, i was seen, and after the doctor left a nurse i had not spoken too came to my exam room and said to me: dont come back if you are going to “yell” at us. I asked 1 question. I have never had such a bad experience at a doctors office. :(
Got a great nap,great service from start to finish,and the professionalism of the entire staff was SUPERB.I recommend this place.If you are one to have left a bad review,I’m shocked.My colon loves me,and I love my colon,and I really appreciate be able to get this procedure performed with almost no pain or discomfort.I actually had a full meal once I left the office.It was Champagne Wishes & Caviar Dreams for sure🌹🍷😁.
Doctor Z was fantastic! However I wanted to leave a review for the front desk staff and Nurse who helped me. They were so personable and kind that I was put at ease for a visit that I was very nervous for 10/10 impressed with the bedside manner from start to finish!
Just had my third colonoscopy with this group, this last one with Dr. Harper. Everything explained vert well in initial appointment and the doctor followed up immediately with findings. Highly recommend Colon and Rectal group.
