Just had my third colonoscopy with this group, this last one with Dr. Harper. Everything explained vert well in initial appointment and the doctor followed up immediately with findings. Highly recommend Colon and Rectal group.
Dr. McKeown was outstanding. Patient, compassionate, and thoroughly explained the process. During the procedure, he frequently inquired about my well-being and made sure I was comfortable. The level of professionalism and care I received from the doctor and staff was excellent. If you're having a colon or rectal issue, I highly recommend this establishment.
Dr. McKeown has changed my day to day life through surgery around month ago. I visited other specialists before him and none came close to the level of care and options he offered me. I would highly recommend this physician.
Very surprised to see any negative comments on here about this practice. From start to finish, everything about my experience was an A+. The calls to get the appointment scheduled were simple and easy. Didn't have to wait on hold forever and they even called me back to give me an earlier appointment that became available due to a cancellation. The entire staff was super friendly and caring. Wow they keep telling me my insurance premiums are not up-to-date date so they cancel my appointments. I called my insurance company and they tell me I am up to date and the doctor's office would never know if I wasn't. I missed an appointment and tried to cancel but operator didn't seem to understand what I was telling them. Maybe they are mad about that. Strange treatment. But thankfully my condition has improved. They are not the only Colon Rectal Practice around. Smh.
