Nearly two years ago, I was overcharged by the medical clinic, and despite multiple assurances, I have yet to receive a refund. I was never notified of the credit and only became aware of the issue in March. Since then, I have spoken with the accountant three times and the office manager twice—each time they confirmed a credit on my account and stated that a check would be issued. Dr. Werner and his staff provided a wonderful experience especially given how traumatic a situation involving cancer can be. My issue was successfully resolved in 2017 and I should have left this review then. I would recommend Dr. Werner to anyone needing the services provided.
