I’ve never met a doctor that is so rude while being so dumb in my life. The whole office is incompetent but I wouldn’t trust Nidia Colomer with anything specially my health or health of my family. You’re better off going anywhere else.
When I initially attempted to schedule the appointment, the secretary was very short with me and did not allow me to schedule with her, saying she would call me back the next day. I gave it a week and heard nothing, so I called back. When my appointment time cane around, Dr. Colomer was 15 minutes late. She is not the first psychiatrist I’ve seen, so I explained to her my diagnosis and what medications did/didn’t work from my time with my previous doctor. HORRIBLE OFFICE, THEY CANCEL THE APPOINTMENT, NO RE-SCHEDULE AND NO NOTIFICATION, They said they leave a voice message but they did NOT !!! I ask them since is an emergency, if they can help me in any way, referring a college or something, they repeat to me, they can't help !!!, no reason as to why. They do NOT CARE at all, and they should !!!! 0 starts if I could.
She is the best! I hope she evolves more around how CFS and depression coexist
Dr. Colomer knows her medications and always looks out for her patience best interest. She’s sent my DNA to a lab and chose a medication that match my DNA and it’s been working amazing for 8 months.
Waited for 50 minutes to be told she would be right there. I have been to therapy before and time is important. Not to mention I could hear another doctor treating a patient because the door was open. Very unprofessional!
Although the wait can be long. She is excellent.
