Bad customer service, overpriced.
Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful of customers’ time. I called ahead and was told the service was available and that no appointment was needed. I took time off work and traveled far, only to be told in person that the nurse was unavailable and that I did need an appointment. I then scheduled an appointment for the next day, again took time off work, and called to confirm. I was told to arrive later because they weren’t sure the nurse would be on time.
