Dr ordered kit in November 2021. In March Dr checked and it was never sent; ordered another. Inquired today and it hasn’t been sent. Evidently insurance only pays every 3 years and mine won’t pay until next month. They never told Dr or me. My Dr finally decided to prescribe a stool kit. Easier and faster. Woman on the phone didn’t seem yo know which end is up. This company is terrible.
IF THERE WAS A NEGATIVE STAR THEY SHOULD GET IT ! THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS ! THEY WILL REFUSE TO LISTEN TO ANYTHING YOU HAVE TO SAY ! THEY WILL CALL YOU 1000 TIMES ! THEY WILL ACT LIKE THE HAVEN'T TALK TO YOU? REALLY? ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING PEOPLE! STAY FAR AWAY THEY WILL LIE ON YOUR TEST ! THEY CONTANTLY TOOT THERE OWN HORN ! THESE PEOPLE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN ! THEY WILL MARK YOUR CREDIT ! Professional crooks
Avoid Cologuard they are a nightmare.... As mentioned they call you and yes different numbers to do so. The test kit arrived and if anyone could make crapping in a container complicated these people at cologuard have done just that. The instructions are very poorly written and did not inspire confidence in me that the test kit is even accurate. I'm sorry I asked my Doc for this and I likely will not do the test and will instead call cologuard and tell them to stop the harassing phone calls.
Vending machine medical at best. No real person, just automated prompts in Mexican Language. When you get English prompts it tells you there was a "issue" with your test. While trying to speak to a human, if you press zero it hangs up on you. Sell Exact Science stock fast while you can.
