The Landlord is doing nothing to upgrade that location. There’s room to build a suitable playground and include swimming rather than having the kids playing in the streets. The cost of the apartments are sufficient enough to have the revenue to do these things but, the landlord apparently has no plan to complete any type of upgrade.
My biggest mistake in life was signing a two year lease at Cologne Gardens. The place is full of litter, neighbors that refuse to clean up after their dogs, drug addicts and children that scream at all hours of the day and night with no parental supervision. If you're looking into moving here, just don't.
Not a good environment at all....really disgusted with this place.
Worst place to live
Needs a pool like Hamilton Green and Oakcrest Estates. Also like a basketball court or tennis court or some kind of gym. It has nothing!
