Colocation America affords a very flexible pricing plans to help suit my business needs. They provide support to keep my website up and running while always answer any questions I might have about my server. I was surprise with the level of service I received at Colocation America.
In and out.. Very fast services. I was looking around for a place to host my server that can offer me a high bandwidth and high speed upload/download. Saw the coloation america site and decided to give them a call and get a quote. The person there sounded extremely knowledgeable and told me that I can get hosting with enough bandwidth to fit my need with free setup. Customer support is top notch Customer support is top notch. If the person helping me did not have the answer that I needed, they found someone who did. They were extremely helpful and patient with my lack of knowledge on subjects that were not there responsibility to help me with. Did I mention that I called at midnight? Great service! Also we have never had a problem with downtime and security at the their center.
Very affordable with awesome support! It was nice to have each support ticket handled by an actual person and not an auto-response or pre-defined reply. The support queries we have made over the years were responded to quickly and resolved in a timely fashion. We have been with Colocation America for 9 years and see no need to change providers.
