I was hoping the place wouldn’t feel unsettling and that’s what I felt when I got there. It’s a lovely place and it’s well presented, and well staffed. However, the audience that this place attracts unfortunately is unwelcoming and unpleasant. It feels as if the audiences of the previous bars that closed down migrated here. I would appreciate a better “code” per-say, and morals to be restored and respected by those in attendance. Airline chicken: Served hot would be much better than cold; and cold is how it was received. Also, a soup should be brought out before the main entree, not both at once. Bottled water should be an option, not a mandate. Live music should not be so loud, it should be in the background. The kitchen, staff and management need improvement. This is a textbook experience as to why restaurants struggle.
