RecommendedI would recommend them based on medical staff only. Talking to office staff for appointments is not good. First they tell you they have never heard of your insurance. Tell you they will check and call back, that never happens. I called again and ask for the supervisor. Supervisor will have to call you back, that never happens. Finally found 1 person to talk to that can take care of business.
This was my 1st experience with the clinic on Richmond Rd., and we highly recommend it! The staff and service, kindness and consideration was a 10!
After several decades of doctors throwing antibiotics at me, I finally found a doctor who took the time to listen, test, and diagnose me with an underlying immune deficiency. Thank you Dr. Lachowsky, and a special thank you to Martha, Dr. Lachowsky's nurse. Martha is awesome! She has taken time, on many occasions, to answer my questions, and she fought on my behalf with a local pharmacy who just couldn't seem to understand how to run a discount code for a special medication. The physicians nor their nurses communicate with each other or the lab—-don’t even get me started in their receptionists...do NOT allow your pcp to even suggest they want to refer you to a “specialist” at Collom & Carney...insist on the best———anywhere is better than this.
Love this place!! The staff are kind caring and my doctor, Dr Johnathan Thomas and Nurse Melissa are the best!! Couldn’t be more pleased. ♥️
Dr. Decaprio & his staff was very nice. The building is very big & was hard for me to walk that far. But everyone that I encountered was very nice, helpful, & friendly! Plus very busy! Oh btw Miss Armstrong in the lab was awesome! I never felt when she drew my blood!!!!
regardless of other peoples bad reviews, ive had excellent medical treatment from my Dr Dicaprio. if not for his staff and associates, i would be dead
Let us post date a check at the prescott office then cashed both checks the same day causing us to be short on rent. yhanks for keepjng your word and helping people with out insurance !1/10 never trust again.
They are not very professional. And drop patients and never care!! And yes I payed my bill!
