Joseph and Louisa were very helpful with getting our property rented and dealing with any problems that arose. The pay portal was great also
Mark is a nice, sociable guy. We moved out of 1412 Lime St. in February, and they are making a claim on our security deposit for some absurd stuff (Missing wire bracket that we know nothing about, soap scum on bathtub, dirty sink and toilet (which weren't, we have the pictures and videos before we moved out.)) Also when they were showing the place before we moved out he mentioned to the new tenants that the appliances were less than two years old. Nothing better than having the best property manager handling your property. Mark is the best , super responsible and knowledgeable and professional. We are very grateful to have him.
I had Central Pinellas Realty manage a rental property for me for several years. They kept me informed and were wonderful to work with. They were also forthright regarding repairs and did not add additional costs to actual repairs. If a tenant was coming up for renewal or were leaving they worked diligently to make sure that the unit were occupied. I would definitely work with this company again.
