I had Central Pinellas Realty manage a rental property for me for several years. They kept me informed and were wonderful to work with. They were also forthright regarding repairs and did not add additional costs to actual repairs. If a tenant was coming up for renewal or were leaving they worked diligently to make sure that the unit were occupied. I would definitely work with this company again.
Central Pinellas realty has taken over our multi family after we had a management company that completely failed us with repairs and most of all keeping up the building in good standing. Once Mark and his team took over the building they completely transformed the property cleanliness, made all the necessary repairs and turned over our tenants increasing our rents to market value. Horrible! Do NOT rent here. Mold in the bathrooms. It takes months to get any problems addressed. Went 6 months without air. The latest is the apt was tented and I was NOT told anything but was going to clean when I came home, which I had to flip the bill for motel during this process, but as soon as we got home our parking space was full of rotting food from my kitchen, broke my rubber maid bins. Mark stood there while they threw it on the ground AND left it for 3 days. Buyer beware
