This rating may change as I have not gotten my wife's vehicle back yet. The little texts you get seem deceitful. Monday we got a text stating it was in the detail stage of progress, then a text today saying it won't be done till next Tuesday! I wouldn't think a detail would take a full week, then again it has taken a month so far for such light damage. I understand good work takes time, but considering it's my wife's only means of transportation I have no time to waste. Hopefully it looks better then new...
They did a great job on my truck!. Very friendly staff and kept me updated throughout the whole process.
Tell me how a Fender trim piece is not repaired that was part of the initial inspection? Then somehow they don't see the overspray or the bumper cover paint job mishap? These are the repairs that are on display I can only imagine the ones that aren't. They offered to make it right but I am reluctant for the same reasons I don't send my food back in a restaurant.
Got my car back and it looks like the screen on my radio was crushed on the bottom we took it back to show them and of course they denied doing anything wrong but I know for a fact it wasn't like that good to know there good at lying. Will never come back for sure
They have worked on a few of our cars and have done an amazing job each time.
