I have used Gerber twice now. The first time it was wonderful and the Derby branch was great about keeping us informed on the progress of our repairs. The second time we went back to Derby but they suggested letting the west location do the repairs and the repairs were top notch but little to no communication and our car sat there for weeks. They blamed the insurance company and the insurance company blamed them, I should have been informed. That's why they only get 4 stars.
Took my car for an estimate the front desk couldn’t find my paperwork sent through email from my insurance yesterday, come to find out they didn’t didn’t open the email left unopen and thats why they could find my information took me 10 min to call the insurance person who sent my information way ahead to avoid this situation.
