Horrible service. Had to take my car there twice because they didn’t fix it right the first time. I Took my car back for them to fix It and they told me it will be 4-6 weeks before my car is fixed the right way. That’s ridiculous. I will make this known so that people don’t use Gerber collision. Also, Dario was very rude and unprofessional.
RecommendedThey were very professional and courteous. And they did an excellent job on my repair. It all went so smooth and with plenty of updates. They are very efficient and did a good job. Ron was especially very kind and understanding. I would recommend them.

RecommendedI waited months to get on schedule over shops ready for my car. Deer damage to front and side. Went to pick car up. Amazing job. Even cleaned my interior which had nothing to do with damage. Just messy kids and carlines. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

These guys were on time, communicative and Ron, our service advisor, was always sending updates and our vehicle was actually finished ahead of schedule. 10/10 would use again and refer to family and friends.

I have only had to have collision repairs done on a vehicle one time in my life and (not mentioning any names), this place was HANDS DOWN night and day different than the other. I won't go anywhere else in the future if the need arises. They were so professional every step of the way. My vehicle was detailed inside (not even part of the deal) when I picked it up. Top notch in the industry- keep up the amazing work, Copperas Cove Gerber Team! Ya'll are THE BEST!
