Do NOT go to Collision Works of Acadiana. They do not communicate and are incompetent, especially Richard Dupre.
Absolutely NO communication about a completion date! The automated text tells it is ready but you get there and NO it will be another week!!! I will never use again & I will complain to USAA about the service - especially after having my car for over a month!
