Absolutely NO communication about a completion date! The automated text tells it is ready but you get there and NO it will be another week!!! I will never use again & I will complain to USAA about the service - especially after having my car for over a month!
FANTASTIC service. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The text status updates were also nice. I'd constantly be updated on my car. It was finished a day earlier than scheduled. When I picked my baby up it was perfect and she was extra clean. Highly recommend
So, they eventually fixed part of my truck. They eventually fixed what I told them was wrong. They couldn't figure it out on their own. They left another $4,000 off that someone else fixed. They put over spray on my right rear quarter panel. I asked them to fix it. The "manager" said it was from before I bought my truck. I hate to tell him but my truck has never been in an accident until now, It's never been worked on until they got it and how do you over spray the rear when the front was damaged. I was hit while stopped at a stop sign minding my own business in a car I had bought with my inheritance after losing both parents and two sisters. I was hesitant to use a State Farm approved vendor figuring the body shop would be loyal to them and not me.
