Great location with many different possibilities to help with car body shop needs and get you back on the road as soon as possible
They are not people you can trust to do as they say. Plus they won't even invest money into fixing their broken down paint booth that needs a new exhaust fan so they are also polluting the environment and getting over spray all around the shop and customers vehicles.
Collision Werks does an amazing job with paint and body damage repairs. Great communication and turnaround time.
Luís (the service manager) provided excellent customer service. He handled things in a timely manner & did what he said he would do. He listened to me & conveyed what the next steps of the process would be, all along the way. My car was even washed before being delivered to me. ~Thanks!
Collision Auto Werks went above and beyond to take care of me during their repair. They got me in quickly, kept me apprised of what was happening and when I could expect my vehicle to be finished. They were pleasant throughout the process. They dealt with the insurance company responsible for my repairs without a hitch of any kind. They are family owned and run and I will use them again, if unlucky enough to require body work in the future.
