Collision Werks does an amazing job with paint and body damage repairs. Great communication and turnaround time.
Luís (the service manager) provided excellent customer service. He handled things in a timely manner & did what he said he would do. He listened to me & conveyed what the next steps of the process would be, all along the way. My car was even washed before being delivered to me. ~Thanks!
Collision Auto Werks went above and beyond to take care of me during their repair. They got me in quickly, kept me apprised of what was happening and when I could expect my vehicle to be finished. They were pleasant throughout the process. They dealt with the insurance company responsible for my repairs without a hitch of any kind. They are family owned and run and I will use them again, if unlucky enough to require body work in the future.
I'm glad I went with a family-owned business. They did a great job and it was very fast once the insurance was out of the way. They did an amazing job matching the Pearl paint on my Audi
Our Volvo XC90 was in a crash back in July 2025. We looked for about 2 months for a body shop who would work on a Volvo and wouldn't charge us crazy prices (we didn't use the insurance). We found Luis at Collision Werks after we looked at a bunch of other shops, and went by high reviews and recommendations. Glad we did because their estimate and final cost was very reasonable, thousands cheaper than the other estimates. The major repair was done early, and they did a great job (see before and after).
