My daughter hit something on the interstate while returning to LSU. This business assessed the damage, ordered the parts, installed the parts AND detailed her car!! Amazing place! Honest and the price was right!! I trust them to take care of my daughter’s car .. and it’s peace of mind when we are so far away!! Thank you guys!!
Very nice and professional staff. I just received my car yesterday. At this point, the only issue that I had was the timeframe given for repairs to be completed. I dropped my car off on a Friday evening prior to leaving for a vacation the following week. I was told that the car would be finished and ready for pickup when I returned on the following Monday. My experience at Collision Solutions was absolutely great. The staff was attentive to my needs and the guys behind the scene did a marvelous job on my vehicle. They came highly recommended by my friend Douglas and I will recommend the Collision Solutions Team to anyone that is looking for a team that treats you like a customer and not a number. Thanks guys for a job well done.
The staff was not the least bit friendly. They never updated me after dropping my car off, even after classifying it as a total loss. When I did call to check on my car the young lady on the phone, was very rude and didn’t even know what car i was talking about. The shop is very unorganized and very unprofessional. I do not recommend.
This is the most professional body shop I have ever been to in Baton Rouge!
