I had a great experience at Collision Solution. Ray did all the interfacing with the insurance company for me, to ensure that the quote would cover everything, which wasn’t a service that the dealer’s body shop would offer. He also ensured that the rental information was correct. I received regular updates on the status of the work and it finished a few days earlier than planned. The quality of the work is excellent, the car looks as good as new.

They helped every step of the way even down to where to get the rental from and made the calls for the rental to get me and pick up the car. Ray dealt with the insurance company multiple times to get what needed to be repaired. They informed me each step of the way and honest. I didnt have to do much so that I am grateful for. I already had a lot on my plate before needing my car to be repaired. The car looks great.

I had a damaged bumper and they were able to repair it in a couple hours. We’re incredibly fair with pricing and responsive. Highly recommend.

I was referred here, the process from start to finish was handled professionally. Ray was very helpful and knowledgeable, and I felt confident he would be able to help me through the insurance process. They kept me updated and informed every step of the way.
