THEY STOLE MY FRIENDS CAR AND THEY HAD NO CAMERAS, NO ALARM SYSTEM, NO SECURITY, AND NO PROTECTION. YOSO THE MANAGER also said they had her keys hanging up right in the open, easy to be accessed. THEY DIDNT DO ANYTHING TO HELP HER AND TOLD HER TO FIGURE IT OUT WITH HER INSURANCE!

I recently had to have my car repaired here and it looks AMAZING, you can never tell it was ever damaged! They even went above and beyond and even cleaned the inside and outside of my car which was pretty dirty from my dogs. I highly recommend them and if I need repairs again I will definitely be back!
when you try to make an online appointment and call to confirm they tell you its doesn't know if the store has any open appointments for the day you pick. Then you make an appointment through the phone and they tell you they will call you the morning of the schedule day for a time for you to come in. which is very odd. They replaced a full windshield several years ago and one of my vehicles and we’re good then so I figured I’d go back for a second time to prepare a ding in the windshield. I tried calling three separate times over the course of four hours was put on hold by their automated system for over 10 minutes each time and nobody ever picked up the phone. This was at the Oak Forest Illinois location I would never go back there again nor will I recommend them

I am pleased with the service I received with Gerber collision & Glass. They kept me updated ,through the process with text messages.WEnt over the repairs, when went to pick up the vehicle. . Everyone there whom i dealt with , are very nice. Not only did they fix the outiside of the vehicle. It was a great suprise , they have cleaned inside as well..Good work. I highly recommend Thank you Gerber..

Omg best body shop ever. They notified us of everything they were doing throughout the whole process. Extremely friendly and courteous. The car looks like brand new! Great job Gerber!
