Collision Pros Auburn exceeded all my body shop expectations. They are the first collision repair shop that I find myself trusting, and I have been driving cars for 25 years. For starters, they coordinated with enterprise and had my rental arrive at their shop, so I didn't even need to get a ride there. Having never been in an accident before, I had no idea that damage to the left side of my truck could be repaired so masterfully. My 2017 Tacoma took a nasty hit on the rear half of the driver’s side — completely destroying the running board, mangling the rear door panel, and denting and scraping the back quarter panel. I've had two cars repaired at Collision Pros in Auburn. They always take the time to explain the repairs and have done a fantastic job. My front radar stopped working several months after a front-end repair, and the manager took the initiative to contact my insurance and get approval for the additional repair. I'm now safely back on the road.
Noah and Ty (T-Y) at Collision Pros in Auburn on Grass Valley Highway were amazing. My car was hit in a parking lot and they went above and beyond, including coordinating with the rental company so I had a rental during repairs. They kept me updated by phone and text and made a stressful situation so much easier. Highly recommend — 5 stars!
