Had a very great experience with collision pros Auburn I highly recommend anybody who wants their car in good hands to use this business. They were very professional with great customer service. Kevin kept me informed the whole time on the progress of my car and result was great.
If I could give these guys zeros stars I would I was rear ended they didn’t inspect my car and didn’t notice my engine mount was snapped from the accident. They wouldn’t take responsibility for their negligence, so words of the wise take your vehicle somewhere else than these guys. Full coverage insurance is usually very nice but these guys made it hell for me.
The shop is great. The customer service is outstanding and the repairs were done on time and spot on. They communicated everyday the status of the repairs so I didn't have the time or need to wonder what was going on. Nice people. I would highly recommend them.
Got assigned collision pros via AAA insurance after a deer ran into the side of my car. Throughout their communication was great, they were ahead of schedule and getting my car back. And took care of all the communication Between the insurance for the vehicle. Highly recommend! Even if we don’t go through Insurance, I will definitely be back to use them.
Collision Pros has been great. They were very patient while my insurance dragged things out, communicated progress in a timely manner, and did a great job on the car. They are also really nice.
