We are thoroughly impressed with Collision Pros. This is our second time using their services and we think they have the best customer service around. This is the second time I have used Collision Pros. In both cases I was treated exceptionally well. They were great with communication and kept me informed with all aspects of the insurance and repair process. They made sure the insurance company did not cut corners. They handled all those communications as well. On my first repair the bill came in at $100 under the estimate, which I especially appreciated because it was not an insurance claim, but out of pocket. Wonderful experience. Got our quote and dropped off our vehicle and it was done and ready to go a week early. Staff kept us posted along the way with texts and calls. Great place if you need repairs
