My daughter had an accident in Montana, as she attends college out there. I was notified that Crash Champions would be doing all the repairs. I was hesitant, as I had never heard of them and I was clear cross country in Maine. Well they are top notch company with excellent customer service and communicated with me during the entire process.
They serviced my vehicle with outstanding care, going above & beyond. Adam kept me informed and honored my preferences. The team was professional, friendly, and did an incredible job on my vehicle. Interior cleaned too!! Highly recommend!!
Where do I start? The overall experience was very poor. -My truck was returned filthy on the interior from shop dust. -My after market seat back storage was broken and not offered to be replaced. -My topper was not re-installed in the correct/same location. -The topper wiring was not routed in the original manner. -The gas cap/insert was damaged and I still haven’t heard when I might get a new one. -The process took a week plus from what I was told. -The truck had to be towed 2+ hrs to a different city because the topper (th... read more
