My one week repair was delayed 3 weeks. The part they ordered from their vendor was damaged (twice) so it would delay it another week. You also had to call them for updates.
Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. They were very helpful, and kept me informed, throughout the entire process. They earned my business, and my recommendation.
