This was the best experience hands down! The process was simple from the point I walked into the shop! The team reviewed my car, explained exactly what repairs would be done, documents signed and my daughter and I in a courtesy vehicle all within an hour. The team stayed in communication and the vehicle done in a week as promised. The car looks great and even better with the wash done by Collision Hero! Huge thanks again!
Got recommended here thru a mutual, I got walked through every process and my car was taken in right away. Danny provided me with a rental car and within less than a week my car was ready to be picked up. He did a great job and customer service is definitely . Will be recommending people here for sure. My car was involved in a hit & run, Daniel and his team took care of my repairs in such a timely manner. They towed my car, began maintenance nearly immediately and I had extensive damage. They finished way before I anticipated and Daniel was great with updates and communication regarding how my repairs were coming along. 10/10 would absolutely recommend if you’re looking for a highly professional body shop, and team with A1 customer service!!
