This auto shop is fantastic for getting your car fixed quickly and ensuring that the job is done correctly. The owner is very friendly and reassuring.
Outstanding service they finished my car a day early and did more work for the price they charge me then 3 other places would have at least $300 more for less work and the body and paint job was perfect 5 stars i usually never leave reviews but they did such a great job for what they charge me I had to post this review
I dropped my car off a few weeks ago and specifically asked the front desk manager if they accepted Kemper insurance. He said "Absolutely—we work with them all the time." So I left it with them. Two weeks plus later I am called and told they would not accept the hourly labor rate Kemper would pay. They then gave me 2 options (pay the difference myself or call my insurance - even though I was not at fault in the accident and Kemper insurance should be covering the whole amount). They made no effort to help me find a solution ... read more
Have used Southside Collision multiple times for several vehicles both through insurance and personal paid. Every time have gotten excellent service. Highly recommend this family run business.
