I went to this place looking for an estimate on a dent in my truck. Staff came out and looked at it and right away gave me a better and cheaper solution to fix the dent elsewhere. Told me that it wasn't bad enough to spend alot more money with them and had I heard of PDR? And suggested another place that would fit my needs for alot cheaper price. I think that was really honest and kind. Most businesses would of just gave you a price and took your money. But they didn't. Great people!
All I can say is really check your vehicle very well. I found a few things and they were addressed. I have kids so the interior was a mess but they dint cause the bondo dust. After a month due to the weather finally got to wash and waxed the van noticed the side that was fixed was darker and the grill likes to pop out. So the question is why haven't I called to have it fixed or complain. Why would I take it back. I don't want money back or anything like that please take and make the time to check your vehicle.
