Very impressed with the service. Dropped my vehicle off for repairs to the back bumper. Repairs were done quickly and I was pleasantly surprised to have had the inside professionally detailed when I picked it up. Above & beyond service!
Abosulely phenomenal service from start to finish. I felt extremely cared for from the first phone call to the sweet flowers & chocolates upon final pick up. They worked as a team from front desk, estimator, to craftsman, and updated me every step of the way. I could even check the status online with pictures of the progress. I would HIGHLY recommend this team for any auto body needs. Incredibly grateful ��� Thank you Team Collision Craft!!
Really impressed by Collision Craft service and quality and going beyond the expected. Appreciated the regular updates, handling insurance, and helpfulness. Amazing all around experience. Outstanding customer service and very talented technicians. I dropped my car off, they worked with the insurance company for me, and they fixed my car all in an impressive timely manner. They even detailed the car and left chocolate & flowers on the seat!
